Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 11 July 2026

You can have your data deleted from BrandScalers.ai at any time. This page explains every way to do it and exactly what happens afterwards. It applies to platform users, and also to individuals whose details reached us through a lead form run by one of our customers.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Account and data, choose Delete my account and data.
4. Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and deletion begins.

Option 2: Request by email

Email kushagra@brandscalers.in with the subject line Data deletion request from the email address linked to your account or enquiry. We will confirm receipt within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need to verify your identity first, we will only ask for the minimum needed to do so.

If you connected a Facebook or Meta account

Disconnecting is immediate: remove BrandScalers.ai from your Facebook settings under Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations, or disconnect from our app's Settings page. Either action revokes our API access. Then, if you also want stored data removed, use Option 1 or Option 2 above and we will delete the data we hold that originated from your Meta account.

If your details came to us through an ad you responded to

If you enquired through a campaign run by one of our customers, your details belong to that business and also pass through our systems. Email kushagra@brandscalers.in with the phone number or email you used, and we will delete your details from our systems within 30 days and forward your request to the business concerned.

What gets deleted, and when

Deletion from our systems does not remove data held independently by Meta, Google or LinkedIn in your own accounts with them; that data is yours and stays under your control there.
